1. Good adaptability
The mold surface temperature difference is small and the thermal stress is small. The mold temperature can be between 50 degrees Celsius and 400 degrees Celsius.

There is no need to blow dry, which shortens the spraying cycle time, improves production efficiency, leaves no moisture residue, reduces the amount of release agent produced by pores, and saves costs.
3. Fine atomization
It can realize small spraying volume and is suitable for pure oil spraying, water-based spraying and graphite emulsion spraying. Each nozzle can independently adjust the flow rate, and the flow rate is not affected by hare pressure.
